Rights and use
All illustrations, prints and original paintings displayed on the shop are the creation of Cassie Brock and should not be copied, reproduced, used or modified without my knowledge and agreement. The purchase of any print or original painting does not transfer reproduction rights. The website and all its content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.
Payment
Payments online are processed on the present shop through Paypal and Stripe. Every order will be shipped only after the payment is proceed.
Special offers
The shop may offer from time to time special prices for specific products, limited discount on prices or occasionnal free shipping. These conditions are valid only for a limited duration of time and may be cancelled at any time without any obligation from the shop.
Delivery
Any orders placed on the online shop will be shipped in at lease 7 working days.
If you haven’t received your package in due time, please email [email protected]. I can't be held accountable for any loss or damage to your package, but I'll do my best to help.
I’m happy to ship worldwide, but please note that depending on the country’s postal service, delivery can take between 2 days and a month (usually 10-14 days for Europe/Asia/America and 14-30 days for Oceania). I cannot in any case If guarantee a delivery date, and will not be held responsible for any delay.
You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you.
Duties and tax
I am not responsible for any import duties and extra tax fees charged by your local Customs Office.
Returns
